DreamsWhat dream lives on  Through the waking day,  Untouched by the brightness  Of the sunlit streets?  The drowsy joys of a sleeping world  Do not live outside of the mind.   
A touch, a sound,  Or simply time gone by  Shatters the most sacred of dreams.  And the remains fall in shards,  On which we only cut ourselves  When we try to pick them up again.   
Once a dream has died,  It cannot be recovered.  It is lost to the darkness of reality.  Only half-remembered in the sunlight,  And half-forgotten as time  Rushes onward.

He said he'd been there, and he told me  that if you sail just far enough, just remote enough,  the waters will always be still  and reflecting only the absence of light --  not even a string of rocky moon overhead.   
He'd never really been there, of course,  so why should I have believed him,  separated him from everyone else  that lived on this terrestrial domain:     the clowns and the jokers and     the truckers and the dock-workers and     the poets and the storytellers and &nb T.D.C.S.L.

Leaving New York At Duskfleeing the island with artificial edges  invisible grime on unsuspecting faces  villain-faced men in suits with their heads  hanging to one side as if they held  so much, they could not be kept upright   
outside the window the dirty little  steel train, a single metal track, rusty  lies between two others, two that are  usable and shine in the coldly burning  twilight, an anomaly   
ignored and rejected it may be, though  at least it does not have heavy trains filled  with passing blips of human beings grating  over it, like the fangs of a lion scraping the  bon Leaving New York At Dusk

do you know what I've been doing all summmer? I would love to tell you but I can't and that's why I haven't been on here. My life is simply secrets now. I can't bear to look at myself, in fear the person on the other side will call me out for it. I haven't written anything worthwhile in a while. Actually not at all. And this frustrates me to know end because now I'm thinking, crap, what if I lost my talent? What if I lost what makes me, me? I'm royally screwed. But i'm not here to complain or whine about my pathetic existence. I simply wanted you all to know that I'm okay and not dead in a ditch somewhere. The worst thing is that I can no longer find a part of myself to share with you. You, my creative hombres, you make me who I am and who I could be. I thank you for all of you for all of your support and for reading the stuff that was bad as well. I thank you for putting up with my drama and my idiocy for near three years. I'm trying my best not to grieve this loss of my creativity until I know for sure. and I can't say much but I can say this. Even though writing is what I've wanted to do since I can't remember, I know that I may not succeed. In fact, I know I won't, but that's okay. So I wish you all a great week and I hope you all spill your creativity onto a canvas so the world can see it, and put hope in it. Good night and Good luck.
